混凝土搅拌运输车行驶混凝土搅拌站（楼）后，倒车将进料斗口对准混凝土搅拌站（楼）的卸料口。

在发动机怠速的情况下，将操作手柄拔“进料”侧的适当位置，使搅拌筒以适当的转速转动。搅拌站（楼）的类型和混凝土的稠度是影响搅拌筒进料速度的重要因素，进料转速取决于现场条件。从经济性考虑，应尽可能保证进料，而使搅拌筒转速尽可能的小，大约5～8 r/min 。

搅拌运输车行驶时，出料机构支筒应固定在其锁紧架中，使主槽处于行驶锁紧状态，加长槽应放在固定位置并锁紧，以防止对路人及其它车辆和物品造成伤害。

运输混凝土的车辆到达施工现场后，将操作手柄拔“进料”侧适当位置，搅拌筒以8～12r/min的速度转动1～3分钟，使搅拌筒内的混凝土在卸料前搅拌均匀。

收起并固定好卸料主槽，收回加长槽固定位置并锁定，放下挡料板，准备驶回搅拌站（楼），进行下一车混凝土的运送。
