近期我们有收到一些用户的反馈，就是明明一直都有在正确的驾驶自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，可是搅拌车却还是会出现一些问题，在收到问题之后，我们就及时的与这些用户取得了联系，但经我们的观察发现，很多原因都是因为这些用户们自以为正确的操作习惯，其实是错误的，这才是导致自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车发生故障的真凶。

However, through our observation, we found that many reasons are due to the correct operation habits of these users, in fact It's a mistake, which is the real cause of the failure of the self loading concrete mixer.

　　一、过度热车

　　1、 Overheated car

　　不管是冬季还是其它季节，有很多车主都习惯采取原地怠速热车的方式，热车一段时间再行驶，觉得自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，这时性能佳。但事实上，原地怠速热车不仅效果有限，还浪费汽油和时间。当引擎在没有负荷的状态下，温度的爬升是相当缓慢的，也就是说，引擎在怠速状态下需要很长的时间才能达到正常的工作温度。正确的做法应当是自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，原地热车30秒左右后，立即上路行驶。但由于此时引擎及驱动系统都尚未达到正常的工作温度，仍应将转速控制在约2000转/分钟之内，待水温达到正常后方可高转速运行。

However, since the engine and drive system have not reached the normal operating temperature at this time, the speed should still be controlled within about 2000 rpm, and the high speed operation can be carried out only after the water temperature reaches normal.

　　二、熄火后仍使用电器设备

　　一旦自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，熄火，蓄电池就处于只放电不充电的工作状态。所以如果在长时间熄火后仍然一直在使用车内大功率用电器，比如开着车辆大灯、停车在路边长时间听音乐等等，这样可能很快导致蓄电池彻底放电、自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，无法启动的严重后果。

　　三、油箱见底后才加油

　　有人比较懒，有人是很少去注意油箱刻度，直到油箱警示灯亮起后还会再行驶一段距离再去加油。可是有时燃油警示灯亮起后再去找加油站时，有可能出现附近没有加油站的情况，弄得手忙脚乱。而且经常出现这样的情况的话，自上料自上料混凝土搅拌罐车，的油泵寿命可能会大大降低。
