4,   传动轴动平衡失效，摆动量大，引起主轴摆动油封偏磨。

处理方案：排除堵塞，保持回油循环顺畅。

Solution: remove the blockage and keep the oil return circulation smooth.

7,    散热器不散热，造成油温过高，粘度和润滑性下降、油封过热密封失效。

7. The radiator does not dissipate heat, resulting in excessive oil temperature, decreased viscosity and lubricity, overheating of oil seal and seal failure.

方案：及时排除散热器故障，尽快为系统降温，防止泵马达磨损。必要时停车熄火，用水冲泵马达和散热器壳体降温。

Scheme: eliminate the radiator failure in time, cool the system as soon as possible, and prevent the pump motor from wearing. If necessary, stop the engine and flush the pump motor and radiator housing with water to cool down.

8,   冬季起车时预热不足，油温过低，油液和油封没有达到工作温度。

8. When starting in winter, the preheating is insufficient, the oil temperature is too low, and the oil and oil seal do not reach the optimal working temperature.

处理方案：起车时，停罐怠速运转十到二十分钟，待油温正常后再转罐工作。
