Therefore, the suction chamber is connected with the hydraulic chamber, the oil pressure is reduced, and the manufacturer shall replace it in time. If it is not a new hydraulic pump and there is no hydraulic oil output, the pump may not operate correctly and parts may be severely worn or damaged.

2. If the hydraulic pump has oil output, please check whether the safety valve works normally. If it is abnormal, the valve in the pressure oil circuit may be contaminated or blocked due to other reasons and be in the oil return position, resulting in a short circuit between the pressure oil circuit and the overflow circuit, or the pipe joint may be loose or pressurized. Some valves in the oil circuit leak seriously, or the seals of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor are damaged, resulting in serious leakage.

3. If the output flow of the hydraulic pump decreases significantly with the increase of pressure, but the pressure does not reach the specified value, it is due to the increase of clearance after the hydraulic pump is worn.

If the whole hydraulic system of the fully automatic self loading mixer can establish normal pressure and there is no pressure in some pipelines or hydraulic cylinders (or hydraulic motors), it may be caused by pipelines, small holes or throttle valves, directional valves, etc. When blocking, check the pressure and oil one by one to find out the cause and clean it up.
