（1）开启搅拌筒检修孔盖，旋松马达上高压软管的管接头，旋转拌筒使拌筒检修孔斜朝下，将砼从搅拌筒检修孔排出来；

(1) Open the manhole cover of the mixing drum, loosen the pipe joint of the high-pressure hose on the motor, rotate the mixing drum so that the manhole of the mixing drum is inclined downward, and discharge the concrete from the manhole of the mixing drum;

（2）将故障车的高压胶管从马达上卸下来，把援救用的高压胶管连上，另一头接进救援车的油泵上，并将应急用的回油管一边接进故障车的马达泄油口，回油管另一头接进救援车的油泵回油口，运用救援车来调节故障车拌筒的旋转，将砼排出来。

(2) Unload the high-pressure hose of the fault vehicle from the motor, connect the high-pressure hose for rescue, connect the other end to the oil pump of the rescue vehicle, connect one side of the emergency oil return pipe to the motor oil drain port of the fault vehicle, and connect the other end of the oil return pipe to the oil return port of the oil pump of the rescue vehicle. Use the rescue vehicle to adjust the rotation of the mixing cylinder of the fault vehicle and discharge the concrete.

3、马达出现系统故障，处置则较简易，可把救援车的马达卸下来装在系统故障车上，再将每个油管接上，运行救援车就可以将拌筒内的砼排出来。
