当轮胎气压低于标准值时，轮胎胎肩的磨损急剧加大;轮胎气压高于标准值时，因轮胎接地面积减少，单位压力增高，使搅拌车轮胎胎面中部磨损增加，同时加大了搅拌车轮胎刚性，使车轮受到的动载负荷增加，容易产生胎体爆裂。

避免将搅拌车停放在有粗大、尖锐或锋利石子的路面上。不要停放在靠近或接触有酸类物质及其他影响橡胶变质的物料的地方。司机不要在停车后转动方向盘，这样的操作会加速轮胎的磨损。
